Athletic Therapist
Sawyer is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. He helps active individuals and athletes recover from injury, build strength, and return to doing what they love. His approach combines the latest evidence with an active, hands-on style of rehabilitation, ensuring every program is tailored, measurable, and aligned with each client’s goals.
He is passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their recovery and long-term performance. Whether working with someone returning from injury or striving to move and perform better, Sawyer creates clear, structured plans designed to deliver real results.
Sawyer’s sports medicine experience includes working in high-performance environments such as the Toronto Raptors, Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club, and varsity-level hockey, football, rugby, and soccer teams. He has also developed strength and conditioning programs for elite swimmers, skaters, and skiers helping athletes successfully transition from rehabilitation back to peak competition.
Outside the clinic, Sawyer stays active through basketball and hiking, and enjoys playing both guitar and piano. He also values spending time outdoors with his wife and their energetic puppy.
