  • We will welcome you, offer you a coffee or water and then you’ll meet your therapist who will guide you through a detailed assessment to determine the exact cause of your issue.

From there, your therapist will help put together a custom plan for you. And finally, you’ll get some hands on treatment to start helping you reach your goals!

  • Your initial assessment is 60 minutes.

Follow up appointments depend on your custom plan and can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

From the moment you start working with us we’re already thinking about helping you achieve long term goals beyond just simply eliminating pain.

We want to help you get rid of your pain but also prevent future injuries from occurring so you can be your best self!

  • Following your initial assessment your therapist will present you with a plan of care which will include the number of sessions required and the duration of each session.

For mild to moderate injuries or movement dysfunctions most people see improvements in about 4-6 sessions.

Chronic conditions may need about 10-12 sessions to see improvements.

Finally, for more severe conditions, such as, following surgeries or more chronic conditions may need around 20 sessions.

Of course, every case is different and the above numbers are rough estimates based on the cases we’ve seen at our clinic.

  • The short answer is yes!
