TRAIN SMARTER.
RUN STRONGER.
Mile 1 — The Club
Elevate Run Club started with a simple idea: the best training group is the one you'll actually show up to. So every Saturday at 8am we meet up somewhere in Oakville, run together at whatever pace that means for you, and nobody gets left behind at the turnaround.
But mileage alone doesn't make a durable runner. Hannah coaches and coordinates every run, and she brings her background treating running injuries at Elevate Rehabilitation into a strength program built around what running actually demands of your hips, core, and legs, so the miles you put in this month don't cost you next month.
