The ACL Club: Your Next Step Toward a Stronger Comeback
Bridge the Gap Between Surgery and Returning to Sport
Why the ACL Club Exists
Recovering from ACL reconstruction doesn’t end when you can jog or ride a bike. Full ACL healing can take up to two years, and stopping rehab too soon leaves athletes at risk of setbacks and re-injury — especially youth athletes and female athletes.
The ACL Club at Elevate Rehabilitation is designed to keep you progressing in those crucial 6–12+ months post-op, giving you the guidance, motivation, and testing you need to safely return to sport.
