Rachel Rudman
Physiotherapist
Rachel completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Queen’s University before earning her Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University in Australia. She enjoys working with individuals who want to stay active, manage injuries, and continue doing the activities that are meaningful to them. Rachel takes a warm, encouraging, and patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, with an emphasis on movement, education, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery.
Rachel also has a particular interest in golf, both playing the game and helping others do so as well. She has worked with Golf Canada and the European Disabled Golf Association (EDGA) to promote inclusive, all-abilities golf and help make the sport more accessible to everyone.
In addition, Rachel has a strong passion for neurological physiotherapy, including working with individuals recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries and nerve damage. She enjoys helping clients work toward meaningful goals that support greater independence and participation in everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys staying active through playing golf, soccer, pickleball and hockey. You can also find her cheering on the Toronto Raptors (go Raps go!).
