Hannah Knight

Athletic Therapist

Hannah is a Certified Athletic Therapist, CAT(C), and lifelong runner who has competed in cross country from her youth through her collegiate career. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, combining her experience as an athlete with her clinical education to develop a strong passion for working with runners.

Hannah enjoys working with runners of all levels, helping them recover from running injuries, prevent future injuries, return to running, and improve performance. At Elevate, she leads the Elevate Run Club, privately coaches runners, and leads a Strength Training for Runners program.

Hannah takes a patient-centered approach to care, using clinical assessment, biomechanical analysis, and functional movement screening to identify movement patterns, strength deficits, and imbalances that may contribute to injury or limit performance. She uses these findings to create individualized rehabilitation and training programs based on each athlete's goals.
