Alexandra Hebert

Resident Physiotherapist

Alexandra graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy program at Western University. She previously completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours in Kinesiology at Western, where she graduated with distinction and received the Dr. Earle F. Zeigler Award for the highest graduating average in her final year. Alexandra also competed as a varsity soccer player at both Western University (USPORTS) and Central Michigan University (NCAA Division I).

Through her clinical placements, Alexandra has gained experience working with a wide variety of patients, including those with musculoskeletal, sports, post-operative, neurological, and workplace-related injuries. She has a strong interest in orthopaedics and sports rehabilitation, drawing on her background as a high-level athlete to help clients achieve their goals.

Alexandra is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery by using evidence-based exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and patient-centered care. She is committed to continuing education and plans to pursue further training in manual therapy and acupuncture.

Outside of the clinic, Alexandra enjoys playing soccer, staying active outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
